Many kind and caring, professional staff, recommend highly. However staff cares little late at night when patients try to sleep and other patients insist on playing tvs and radios and such at ungodly volume. Frustrating being unable to sleep until 2 or 3

Did an Uber delivery to this place they were very rude to me and my grandmother was in this facility and wasn't cared for hardly at all her medical needs were not met and her independence she previously had was stripped away leading to her death very very very rude staff doesn't listen if you want your elders to live don't put them here

My father is under the care of palm terrace and it is a wonderful pleasant facility . My father could not be better anywhere else . Nurses and staff care so much for their patients they deserve a 10 .

I have gotten to know the team at Palm Terrace Care Center over the last few months and I have been nothing but impressed with them. As a person coming from the outside, right when you walk in you can see and feel the passion for what they do. As I sat in the lobby I saw and listened to the rehab team as they instructed and encouraged patients walking the halls. I saw a nurse stop and take the time to answer a question that a family member had about her loved one. She answered with a smile and made sure the family member had received the answer she needed and didn’t discourage communication. I know this team takes pride in the quality of care that they provide.
