If you’re planning to moving to the Palm Island Apartments…don’t...the management namely, Dhelmy it’s not the most competent manager I’ve ever experienced. The tenants on our floor have been complaining about a dryer that only dries 50% and no one resolves the issue. We’ve submitted work orders we’ve complained over the phone. I just walked over and showed her my towel load after running 60 minutes and it’s 50% dry and she still thinks I’m crazy and I’m lying. Talk about gaslighting. The prior management staffs were great this current one…not so great. Notice that the last few posts were from two years ago and it’s gone downhill since then because of this current management staff, I’m surprised there hasn’t been more negative reviews.

Well after living here a few months, if you dont want pease and quite then this is the place for you, i mean between the lawn service, the tree service, the drive way cleaning service, trash pickup, the big trucks going in and out this place is good if you like alot of noise, believe me i live here, but not much longer
