Our mom was recently admitted to the Palm City Rehab Center. Unfortunately, the transfer from a local hospital to the PC Rehab occurred late in the day, when resources can be stretched. My sister and I had numerous questions and concerns, all of which were addressed completely and competently. Special shout outs to Nursing Coordinator Jermain, RN Mary, and CNA Claudine, who literally took our mom, and ourselves, under their wings that night and alleviated all of our fears and concerns. Since admission we have found everyone at this facility, in whatever capacity or discipline, to be totally engaged, dedicated, compassionate, and professional, which speaks volumes to the caring culture this facility has been able to achieve. Thanks for all your help and support and congratulations on a job well done.

I am so disappointed with this facility. I call with a question. You can only call and get somebody at that desk that’s behind glass they put you through to the Dept. You usually need to leave a message on their voicemail. I have maybe twice gotten a call back. I called 2 1/2 weeks ago to check on my mom’s account for her hair. I was put through to a voicemail in the billing department. I am still waiting for a callback to see how much money my mom has in her account so she can get her hair done on Tuesdays. Yesterday I got a call, The person in billing department has left and they were clearing out that person’s desk and found a check in which I wrote for my mom’s hair three months ago. The level of care in the Physical Therapy wing compared to the nursing home wing is visibly different.

I feel very comfortable here at Palm City Nursing and Rehab. I get assistance with everything. I love the activities. Bible study and church services are also great. Those who work with me here are very good at what they do.

January 2025, Mom went from being completely independent to almost completely dependent, thanks to Guillain Barre syndrome and a truckload of other serious issues that followed. We chose to put her hat PCNRC, due to it being so close to my home. What a great decision! Such a friendly, professional staff, amazing occupational and physical therapists, and hard-working and friendly nurses taking wonderful care of her 24/7. She’s finally getting to enjoy the many activities PCNRC offers. The food has gotten super delicious with their new chef, and the cleanliness is superb. Every holiday/season change, you will find the facility decorated to bring joy to the residents. I scouted a few other centers in the beginning, but found PCNRC exceeding my expectations by a long shot. Mom and I thank you all for a job well done!
