My husband lived at the Gardens for 3 1/2 months and received great care from the staff. They engaged with him in conversation the best they could and learned about his history to better communicate with him. The last few weeks of his life they moved him closer to the Med Room staff to more closely monitor him and I had full trust they made him as comfortable as possible. 5 Stars + for the staff and management. They send the nicest sympathy card with all the signatures which touched my heart - its a keeper.

The Gardens of Modesto “AKA” Pacifica (part 1 of 2)<br>We moved Mom into Pacifica with her best friend Angel Oct. 2018. With Lana’s assistance, we chose the Monterey Community. Mom stayed in the same room until we moved Oct. 2024. We enjoyed many years and experienced the Pandemic of 2020 together. Angel was relieved of her duties, and the staff located a new home for her as well. The staff over the years has changed, but in this line of needed health care providers this can be expected. The care takers kept me informed of Moms personal items in need, and I received Photos at different times, from the Hair Dresser Joani. Mom’s needs were always met. There were days when Mom did not care for me to visit, however weather I sat in the backyard, or the front lobby I felt part of an extended family. I express sincere appreciation to;<br>Lindsey, Perdita, Shela, Cynthia, Sandry, Rossa, Lydia and Lynda<br><br>The Med staff always advised me of Mom’s needs and assisted kindly at times of disorientation and or confusion. Mom always had plenty to eat, and the kitchen staff made the food Mom would eat.
