The staff including the ED were very attentive to my brother's needs. I was especially thankful for their assistance during the move out. I always felt that Duane was in good hands even when he wasn't easy to deal with (due to dementia) the staff were always patient and kind to him.

Good move-in experience at Pacific Living Centers of Madras. Several staff members aided in getting our family member out of the car and into the facility safely while conveying gentle comments to make sure they felt comfortable and welcomed. Staff helped us get the room organized and all of the belongings put away. They were right on top of asking about medication and eating that had occurred that day so they could provide uninterrupted care. As with any move like this, the family member did experience some disorientation, but the staff addressed the issue promptly and kept us informed.

My sister suffers from Early Onset Alzheimer's and has twice been a resident at the Oaks Facility in Madras. She was diagnosed early and as such I had a difficult time finding a facility that has some younger residents. After much searching through Central Oregon I found the Madras Home. I could not be happier knowing that Laura is in such a good and caring home. Her needs are well tended to and the staff are GREAT and definitely treat Laura, as well as other residents, as their extended family. If there is something wrong I receive a very timely call or email letting me know what is going on. I visit weekly and have not had any occasion to be worried about her care. Laura spent 1.5 years at the facility and due to a medical condition needed to be home with me for about 1.5 years. When I could no longer handle the issues taking place, it was without a doubt that I called the Oaks Facility to see if they could place her again. The management and staff of this facility are fantastic, the residents are happy and the home is always very clean. All of this gives both my family and myself a great sense of calm and GREAT appreciation to all the staff for doing a job that is at times very difficult and certainly emotional to see those 'family members' go through such trying times. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who is in need of additional care for their loved one.
