My stay here was such great, I like it and wonderful stay because of the activity programs. Amazing activity team. PT team helps me with my mobility. OT also helps me with my balance especially backing up. Speech helps me to talk louder and distinctly.

Nursing personnel was very respectful, helpful and made you feel like right at home. The care was exceptional and you never had to ask for it. Every staff always had a smile on their face. I wish I could remember everybody’s name but even if they weren’t my nurse they were good. Therapy are tremendous and just excellent. Help me to do therapy and have me encouragement, gave personal attention which made it so much better. They were very helpful in solving my problems and gave me ideas on how to work things physically with my body. I will never forget how they have helped me. Never realized how PT can be so important. The staff has a strong core to help you feel better and get you discharged to make you feel better and get better. I see so many people come in feeling helpless but get out feeling better and able to go home. Activities team also has a very good program and makes you want to go everyday and be alive and happy again. If I recommend any doctors I would recommend here so you guys are tremendous .

Geoff, the Administrator of Pacific Heights runs the place really good. The employees are supervised very well by the Administrator. I love the Activity Director and her assistants. The Social Workers and the Chinese Interpreter are very helpful and doing good jobs. The Nurses are also always on hand an willing to help. The House Keeping keeps the room an the building very clean.

The Facility is doing great. I have wonderful experience here. Nurses, Doctors and everybody are great! The care is wonderful, specially the Physical Therapist. They let me start walking again. Food is so great. I tried to loose weight but I gained weight. I have never know that this place is here. The Maintenance people are also doing a great job. They clean everyday. Sherry, the wound care nurse healed my wounds, she does a good job. I met Geoff, the Administrator and his is really nice guy. It is just wonderful and I love it here.

My father is currently in this facility. The nurses and staff here are kind, helpful and genuinely want the best for your loved ones. I appreciate the timely updates and notification of any changes to my father's condition, medication, Or general care. I am always updated and feel at ease knowing my father is in good hands here!
