This company doesn’t offer any useful service. They send unqualified employees who do nothing, and then the company collects a free paycheck from Medicare. Employees often miss appointments, and sometimes it takes days to get a hold of the right person on the phone. Please do let your loved ones to get neglected by PB Health. If you’re offered their services upon discharge from a hospital, you really need to beg for another agency.

P-B Health Care is very frustrating to work with. You get a new nurse about 1.5 - 2 weeks, then the process starts over again with a new nurse. One nurse likes this type of equipment. Another nurse criticizes another piece of equipment. There's no consistent training which carries over from one nurse, to another. It's as if no-one is reading any types of notes. And when you begin to advocate for yourself, based on their high-levels of inconsistencies ... 1) it's a lot of hurry through the work. 2) not a lot of education to help you to become a better patient. 3) or a very sloppy job to hurry to the next patient. Trying to schedule an appointment, is almost like having a part-time job. Dreadful. If you work with P-B Health do these 5 things 1) Keep Healthcare Notes of their visit (video or audio from your phone). 2) Make sure the home healthcare orders your supplies in advance. If you're running low .... make sure they order supplies. 3) Get an early appointment. Cause the later in the day .... the sloppier the care. 4) Keep track of your phone records ... just to demonstrate how many times you had to call P-B Health to follow-up or nudge them to deliver consistent care. 5) Pay attention to what type of care they're administering, so you can ask consistent questions .... when the nurses are being very inconsistent. If you can't do at least 3 out of the 6 mentioned above? Find another agency. It's not worth the headache or time.

As I type this, I’m sitting here with a loved one on life support due to a incompetent nurse from this agency who incorrectly placed a suprapubic catheter. We are mortified by the gross negligence that has left my loved one fighting for his life after his body went into shock. PLEASE question the qualifications of these nurses and be wary of an agency that is suspected of having employees write reviews; there is likely a reason for it.

I will never use this agency again. They are rude, inconsiderate, unprofessional and insensitive to clients time. They were never on time and always making last minute time changes. We went through this last year with them and for the first visit in 2022, they started out the same way again. Needless to say, we terminated their contract. Please do not subject your loved ones to these neanderthals. I intend going forward with a formal complaint.

If I could give less then one star I would! Phone calls not returned, staff doesn’t know that they don’t provide supplies, they cancelled my home care appointment and didn’t notify me that they did or why, the office opens at 8:30, an emergency call placed at 8:20 was returned at 9:30 and a nurse followed up on that emergency call at 5:30! So far a terrible experience!! I left a message two days ago for the owner to call me back to discuss the issues I had and that was 2 days ago. So much for customer service! KP referred me to them, they will be investigating my experience! I hope they deal with their hospice clients better than they do their home are ones!!
