The new administration, nursing management, and staff at Othello Post Acute have been incredible. After my grandmother broke her hip in a fall, the care she received was compassionate, attentive, and professional. Communication was clear, the nursing and therapy teams truly cared, and we felt supported throughout her recovery. You can feel the positive changes in the building, and we are very grateful for the excellent care she received.
