Lake Ridge Center has a great team!! The building is very clean. The staff are very friendly. I would definitely recommend this center for your loved one. The staff at Lake Ridge are trained to help patients with Dementia and it shows.

The floor staff is overworked, the do their best, but there is just not enough of them.<br>The office staff is lazy, unorganized, gives you wrong information and in once case flat out lies to you. Jennifer screwed us over more than once, wouldn't give the correct paperwork to the facility we wanted to move to and delayed things so that our insurance had almost run out. We now have to move him again. Do not place a loved one there if you can help it. I have to deal with the insurance now as they are billing as if he was in a different facility. My husband went there for rehab after a stroke and this is a facility for dementia. We lost a lot of ground as the PT there was sporadic and they just warehouse him for the rest of the time.

My mother who has alzheimers loved Lake Ridge Center. Dropping her off or picking her up, the staff would acknowledge her, call her out and be generally welcoming. I was impressed by the relationship they had with her. She would have to be accompanied to the various activities or to the bathroom, there never was an issue. I dealt with the administrative aspect and i felt they were supportive and responsive. I highly recommend Lake Ridge Center. I knew my mother was safe and well taken care of but she also was content, happy.
