The front admitting of this hospital is a joke. Run like a sorority house then a professional place of work. Everytime I've come in, on their cell phone, talking about their personal problems out loud, crying and temper tantrums in front of patients waiting to be seen from the girl up front. This picture I found on social media with computer clearly open with probably patient info on it. So unprofessional.

this hospital is notorious for killing or permanently injuring patients My mother went in with all kinds of health issues to their emergency room only to have their first doctor run a blood test and say there's clearly an infection but I don't believe you're in as much pain as you're in and I think your med seeking and kicked her out of the hospital The very following day I should say morning My father was driving my mom back to the hospital only to have a very competent doctor on hand that not only ran blood tests but started hooking my mom up to monitors ordered a CT scan with contrast to find out that my mom's kidneys were completely compacted with stones and shut down her lungs were completely filled with fluid he told my mom and dad if that doctor was competent he would have done an x-ray and all of those would have glown in the X-ray he was not competent then on top of that from the pressure of her kidneys and her lungs she was having a heart attack and because of that heart attack it sent a blood clot to her brain and caused an aneurysm and a stroke she has been fighting for her life and harborview we will be suing Don't even trust bringing an animal here to this clinic their doctors are clearly and competent and so is there administration cuz if you bring this up to them they just deny it and push you aside do not and I do repeat this do not bring your loved ones to this hospital because you will regret it they will either die or be permanently scarred for the rest of their lives.....

To be honest, I have had many bad experiences with the staff and the ER In the past, but I gotta tell you I went in on Wednesday morning they wowed me. The wait wasn't long and the Care I got was top-notch. . I want to especially name, Sue and kari!!!! I don't know what their roles are but they were amazing compassionate, and did a great job. Christine called me up today to check in on me! . Thank you for your care and follow through!!! Again, I'm really astonished about how well I was treated and the Care that I Received!

Wanting for results on an ankle pain. I went in on 2/28/2026. Staff was great but didn’t feel like I was treated properly. Had my foot looked ones at had X-rays done and then Dr came back and said had couldn’t tell and waiting for radiology to read and get back to me. Told me when getting discharged what to take I am a type 2 diabetes patient which was shouldn’t take ibuprofen. And you think they would at lease wrap it

As *everyone* local seems to say: unless loss of life is imminent, go to moses lake. Countless awful horror stories about this place, which is so sad.<br><br>Waited over 1h for a serious issue potential anaphylaxis in a baby (no one else waiting!) and finally left to a different ER. Was never seen by any nursing staff and vitals weren’t checked. Then front desk check in person was gone for over 20m+ (!!) while people waited in agony to even get checked in.<br><br>Awful customer service. So many people voted no on their expansion bc their service is so poor.<br><br>Doors are locked on weekends and took forever for someone to answer call button, didn’t even think it was open.<br><br>Not an emergency friendly place.
