The facility is beautiful. My rating is a 1 due to the nonchalant attitude I received from the admissions director, Kathy Watford. I spoke with her (and I was overly courteous) on several occasions about my Mom being assessed for admission and she was not compassionate at all. People may forget what you said, or they may even forget what you did; but they will never forget the way you made them feel.

Positive first, this is a very nice and well kept facility. But, it really doesn’t matter how nice a facility is if the people there are not also nice. My dad was in this facility 3 times over a year long period and I visited often. He would tell me about how mean the people were but I blew it off until I witnessed on multiple occasions staff raising their voice to him and berating him for nothing he could control. I know this wasn’t a hotel with staff that should be quick to respond to his request, but on multiple occasions we had to call for assistance more than once to get someone to respond. This isn’t surprising since I often witnessed staff in the hallways and break areas busy on their phones which seemed odd for a service industry.

I have nothing but good things to say about Orchard View. I was so hesitant of even putting my mom in a nursing home even cried so many times when me and my sister had to make the decision to put her in one. We talked about it several times even tho all of the struggles bc it was getting harder on us both. Gentiva Hospice suggested Orchard View. Which Gentiva Hospice is also the best⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ right there with Orchard View ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ . Anyways from the day we decided on Orchard View from months later I still feel like we made the Best Decision 😊

From the moment my father was admitted to Orchard View, I knew he was in the right place. The staff have shown nothing but compassion, professionalism, and genuine care. The nurses are incredibly kind and attentive they treat him like family, and it truly shows. Every time I visit, my dad has a big smile on his face. That kind of joy and peace of mind is priceless. Knowing he’s safe, well cared for, and respected means the world to our family. I truly appreciate everyone who supports him day in and day out. It’s not easy trusting someone else with your loved one’s care, but Orchard View made it a decision we feel confident and thankful about. If you’re looking for a rehab facility where your parent will be treated with dignity, kindness, and expert care Orchard View is the place. I highly recommend it to any family wanting the very best for their loved one.

This place is awesome! The nurses and other staff members go out of their way to take care of my Mom. There's always a smiling face to assist her. The building is clean and very well maintained. I've had lunch with her several times. The food is very good and the kitchen staff treat her like she's part of "the family". Her physical therapist is just... Awesome! Ian takes such good care of her, she wants to stay in physical therapy all the time! If you have a loved one that's needs rehabilitation or long term living, this is the place!
