I delivered an Instacart order to a resident at this facility today. The receptionist berated the resident. He was trying to get my attention to hand the groceries to him. He did nothing wrong. The rude receptionist rolled her eyes at me, but I told her she was wrong. I handed him the groceries and he apologized. I told him that he didn't do anything wrong. I would be sick if my loved one was treated this way. Think before you allow such people to care for your loved one.

The building is clean, well run, and has a really warm, welcoming feel. The staff is attentive and responsive, and you can tell they genuinely care about the residents.
The nursing and therapy teams are on point, and communication is solid, which makes a big difference.
Big shoutout to Meir, the Administrator he’s hands on, always around, and truly cares. His leadership shows throughout the whole building.
