1 star only for my mom's nurses and a handful of the CNA'S. The people in the office are very rude. The lady in the office that handled my mom's account has a serious problem and attitude. Lisa is rude! Mom's clothes always missing, food was cold and not very good. Not enough food to feed a bird. I could go on and on. Don't put your loved one in this place.

Great staff (nursing, CNAs n social services). Not a very clean facility and the food is deplorable. And the office staff…bookkeepers and ED? Terrible…do not return calls or acknowledge emails and definitely do not know how to add and subtract, divide or multiply.

This place doesn't even deserve one star but to post I have to select at least one. Don't walk but run away from this place. Do not put your loved ones here. It's disgustingly dirty, the care is subpar at best, the office staff is lazy and do not do what they are supposed to do. I could go on and on. I've been fighting to get my father's account closed, trust refunded since his passing the first week of April. Note that by law they have 60 days and all you get is excuse after excuse. So take my advice stear clear from here!!
