The aides and nurses are helpful and most of them have a good attitude and a ready smile 😃. The food can use improvement it's almost always cold 🥶 when I was looking at different homes Princeton place sounded good from what I read about it. I am disappointed as for as actives go. The website talked about arts and crafts which I haven't seen any yet. The aides don't tell you when the activity starts so you can attend if you choose. I've only been here a short time, as I am here longer I may have a different review.

VWorst place ever to leave your family members!! I would not even give it a 1 star but a zero score like the other clients. Pick another facility to place your love ones. Lack of workers and safety of facility. BEWARE!! Please review Holly concern every word is true and if you expect them to do right they won’t do right. They mistreat the residents and don’t listen to them. Check all records before coming to this place

We have been very pleased with the care my Mother is getting. The staff is incredible and very personable. Always clean and is getting great care.

Our family entrusted this facility with my grandmother’s care, and they failed her in the worst possible way. Staff ignored her repeated calls for help, failed to properly treat or monitor a UTI that later progressed into sepsis, and did not provide even the most basic hygiene care. When we saw her, she had visible dirt and grime built up between her toes, which shows she was not being properly cleaned or cared for. Our concerns were not taken seriously, and by the time action was finally taken, it was too late. She passed away from sepsis — something that is often preventable when infections are treated promptly and residents are properly monitored. No family should ever have to see their loved one suffer due to this kind of neglect. This facility failed in its duty to protect and care for a vulnerable person. I strongly urge anyone considering this place to look elsewhere.

I have a brother who has been at Princeton Place for a couple of years, and I have gone to visit him, unannounced! And found my brother very well cared for! And I have found the facility, staff, and residents, all you would expect from a nursing home! It’s very good Nursing Home!!! But, I live almost four hours from Ruston, and if it wasn’t for my brother being so far, Princeton Place would be where I would keep him!! He is very well taken care of!!! Thanks Mr. David for checking on my brother and keeping me informed when he was in the hospital!! Thanks PP for your exceptional service and care in taking care of my brother, K. J.!!!! I pray God would continue to bless this Facility!!🙏🏽♥️
