Im sharing today because I don't want this experience to be your's. DO NOT put your family member here unless you can be there everyday with your family member. They did an absolutely terrible job. My loved one has many health challenges on top of recovering from a series of strokes hes on dyalisis they didn't bother to get him to one of his treatments which turned into a huge fiasco they corrected the next day only because my husband advocated for him. Next he had a wound on his leg which they allowed to get so infected he had to be transferred to hospital to have all the DEAD black infected skin removed, how does a wound care person not see its infected? My husband then proceeded to spen ALL of last week on the phones with the supposed Dr of the facility who didn't even know he was in the hospital The director who said talk to head nurse who said talk to the Dr who said I have to call hospital and the social worker who didn't do one thing she said she would. ALL said I'll get you answeres NONE called back with answeres. Not an ounce of compassion or humanity in this facility. Today my husband went to pick up our loved ones belongings not one person reached out, they were in social workers office she said nothing. No humanity. Do not consider this facility I'll say it again unless you can be there everyday. I would give zero stars if I could.
