Olive Plaza Apartments

Olive Plaza Apartments is an affordable senior housing community in downtown Eugene, Oregon, for residents 62 years of age and older. The community operates 150 one-bedroom apartments.

The community provides a service coordinator to help residents connect to community and medical services. Olive Plaza participates in both HUD rent assistance programs and the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program, with rent typically determined as a percentage of household income or set according to area median income guidelines.

Residents are permitted to keep common household pets in their apartments, and service or assistance animals are also welcome. Pet rules are in place to maintain a safe and sanitary living environment, including guidelines on registration, inoculation, waste disposal, and restraint of pets in common areas. Assistance animals are exempt from pet rules. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises, and residents must sign a non-smoking agreement.
