Had the worst walk-through of an apartment, I went with my parents so they could get a tour of the apartment/building and the lady that walked us was the most disinterested, not a smile as if she was very unhappy in her job. My father had confirmed the appointment and yet she would not spend 5 more minutes to take his documents and give him an estimate. She didn't know what a floorplan was, what the square footage was, didn't show them the amenities, she showed them the apartment only. She didn't talk about the programs that they offer for the seniors in the building nothing. I have never come across anyone with less enthusiasm than this and this with only a few months on the job! Go figure. Eek, I left feeling very uncomfortable.
