1-Star Review I am writing this review with a heavy heart after witnessing the ongoing issues at this nursing home. The facility has repeatedly failed both its residents and its dedicated staff. Hardworking nurses and CNAs are left carrying the load while many others slack off—openly playing on their phones during shifts instead of attending to residents. When nurses try to correct this and ensure CNAs are actually doing their assigned CNA duties, administration steps in to discipline the nurses for being “mean” and sides with the lazy employees who run crying to upper management. The conditions are poor, with consistent red flags cited during state inspections. Leadership, starting with the admin, appears just as disengaged and unwilling to address the core problems. This culture of low accountability creates unsafe and unfair working conditions, which ultimately harms the vulnerable residents who deserve consistent, attentive care. If you have a loved one considering this facility, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. The lack of proper management and support for the staff who actually care is unacceptable. Residents and good employees deserve far better.
