My mother has dementia and has been at Jefferson healthcare for almost four years. While no nursing home is perfect, Jefferson does a good job at caring for the needs of their patients. Misty and her staff do a good job of tending to the needs of their patients. They are very responsive to any needs or concerns that I have relating to my mom’s care. The physical therapy department is amazing. They have worked with my mom over the years to keep her moving. I would recommend Jefferson Healthcare to anyone. I also recommend that you become involved with your loved one’s care and visit them often. The staff is always willing to work with me.

My mother Mirtha Gonzalez is a resident at Jefferson Health care. She has been here about 10years. The team at Jefferson Health care is very good. Misty the nursing home director is Great. She is always willing to listen and help in any way she can. I hope that she will be here as long as my mom is here with us.

I had to give one star but I really give them negative 10 rating. This is my experience: for over 2 hours I have been sitting in my wet diaper and not being changed. At night, I can't sleep because they talk outside my room. I was cold and they refused to give me a blanket. I asked days before to talk to person in charge to tell that person they are allowed to talk to my medical advocate. No one came to speak to me about this. I get ignored on so many levels. I am lactose intolerant but they keep giving me milk even though it is on the allergy side of my preferences list. This place definitely sucks. Do not put your loved one there.

My mother is there for recovery and therapy she is doing wonderful and I'm very please for the hard and dedication you guys employees treat yours residents like family!!
