Following a traumatic and neglectful hospitalization, we had a family member come to Ocean Pointe for rehab for 30 days. The compassionate, and incredibly competent staff at Ocean Pointe picked up the pieces left by a broken medical system and provided my family member with the care that she needed and the communication that we needed to get to the next level of recovery. The facility is not fancy and the parking is challenging but the care team is unparalleled. There is no better team to help your elderly family member recover. From the social worker, to the nursing staff, to the caregivers, to the receptionist, to the PT, OT and eating specialists, they are the very best of the best. I spent hours there watching them lead with love and patience. There is no way to truly express the gratitude that my family has for this place. They helped us at our lowest and gave us hope and health. Thank you Ocean Pointe.

Ocean Pointe HealthCare Center is very friendly but professional place. The CNA’s (or nurses) are all very helpful. I was not very well when I came to Ocean Pointe, but they have helped me improve a lot since I've been here. Everyone listened to my concerns. I mostly like to have Alba as my CNA. She has helped me to do things the way I like, which is not the normal for most patients. I receive my medications in a timely manner. All the LVN’s (medication nurses) can explain the medications you take. The Treatment Nurses especially Alba is all very knowledgeable and work well with me. If you need Physical or Occupational Therapy, the Therapists are all very dedicated to helping. No matter what facility you might go to, it takes a little while to get used to the place. Over here at Ocean Pointe they try very hard to make you feel welcome and at home. Sheri

I’ve been here for 5 months now and it’s been a good experience. The facility is very nice and clean. It’s run very professionally. I’d like to mention a few key people that keep things running smoothly here. Reyes the supply manager and all around support man. He does a lot of everything here. Thanks Reyes. Julia the social services director, she does a great job with organizing rides to Dr appts and any paperwork needed for SS. Thanks Julia. Overall a good experience.

My name is davino a patient & I have been here about a couple months Just recovering from a hip surgery. I have a great experience so far. Food is great! Very clean! All and all it has been a great experience. Therapy helped me with overall help situation. They help me with dental and visual situation. Thank you Julia is a great social worker and has been really good and has very good patience. Thank you Davino

Well first of all everything in life can be improved upon, I did get a lot healthier being here. I really needed the care of Ocean Pointe therapy team sure made me feel physically better with walking. Nursing care is 100% really good. Breakfast was my favorite meal of the day but the food overall was good. Thank you Ocean pointe everyone was very nice and helpful.
