You never get my grandma out of her bed shes always in a hospital gown when she has clothes some girl just walks around pooping all over the 3rd floor they deny residents coffee clothes are missing or the clothes she has are someone elses not hers the food is horrible weekend shift is EVEN WORSE all they do is sit on their phones it took me days to get in contact with my grandma because noone would let her call me back

Lack of transparency, State they will return your call two weeks later still waiting.<br>My father was admitted to this facility with opening wounds, and before he passed, he was being treated for an infectious decubitus. The Administration department was evasive, when I asked questions concerning my Father’s care. I finally asked for assistance from the Adult protection agency. I wish to impress upon you to do your due diligence, and review any reports from the Virginia State Board for Rehabilitation facilities. Ask family and friends about their recent stay. Make an informed decision before signing on the dotted lines. I will add the the PT department is the highlight of the facility, but my experience with the nursing staff, wasn’t what I expected from a 4plus facility.

Nursing staff and PT were awesome. The food wasn’t very good. The facility could use a paint job and it would be nice to have at least one chair in the room for each patient for a guest rather than them having to stand the entire time or take up the rather small puzzle area.

How are we supposed to feel comfortable having our family members here if nurses can not do basic assessments on their patients?<br>Its a shame, this whole establishment was awful during the time of my grandmothers stay, do better!<br>Not to mention if your family member has mobility issues dont count on them to turn them every 2 hrs (very standard) and puts them at risk for pressure injuries. I could go on and on but I do not recommend this place, avoid if you can.

I was there visiting my sister and I went out to find a nurse, there was one nurse on her floor both wings totally totally ridiculous
