Oak Ridge Healthcare Center

Oak Ridge Healthcare Center has served the Roseville, California community since 1963 as a boutique, locally owned and operated skilled nursing facility. The center offers 67 five-star Medicare-certified beds and is located just minutes from Sutter Roseville Medical Center and Kaiser Permanente Roseville Medical Center.

Residents have access to physical, occupational, speech, and IV therapy provided by a qualified rehabilitation team. The goal of these services is to help residents regain their health, independence, and quality of life to their highest ability.

Rehabilitation programming includes training in mobility, gait stability, ambulation, posture, and positioning, along with custom exercise programs designed to re-educate muscles and improve coordination. Specialty programming and technology support balance and fall prevention, while joint and soft tissue mobilization work to increase range of motion and manage contractures. Additional therapies address arthritis-related joint stiffness and other conditions affecting normal movement.

Speech and cognitive services focus on recovering speech, language, and memory skills, strengthening verbal and non-verbal communication (including for those with hearing impairment), and building oral muscle strength needed for speaking and swallowing. Residents also receive education and training in dressing, bathing, eating, and grooming, along with activities for memory, orientation, and cognitive integration, supported by adaptive techniques and equipment. A therapeutic environment—including a full kitchen, bathroom, and bed setup—allows for hands-on re-training in daily living activities.

Oak Ridge Healthcare Center holds a 5-star rating based on quality of resident care, health and safety inspections, and staffing performance. It is licensed by the State of California and is an approved Medicare and Medi-Cal provider, with many services covered by various commercial insurance plans.
