How can they expect us to be interested if you won't show the cost? I have zero interest in this, life is busy enough. What's your game?

I was looking for a place to live and I ran across this apartment/home place. I called and scheduled an appt to look at an apartment. I went in and meet this gentleman named Alex, very very nice guy. Very polite, very considerate, and extremely easy to talk too. There was no pressure from him to rent or to make a decision. He let me do my thing and think about it. I was a little hesitant about the complex just because of the layout. I am not to found of the layout. Alex did call me and he asked me what I thought about the place. I was honest and truthful about the place. I just thought it was weird with walking into a building and having apartments next to each other so to speak. At first I was standoffish, and then I went back and looked at them again and I felt more comfortable about the way it looked. So I applied and got accepted and it’s all due to Alex Ochoa, Alex made it a little more easier for me to feel comfortable giving it a shot. As busy as Alex was he took the time to show me a second time around. I can’t reiterate enough how cool and how nice Alex is. I honestly think Alex needs a pat on the back for making me feel like I could go back and apply with no pressure at all. Thank you sir for everything you have done for me.

Roseville Commons is the community my dad lived in for his golden years. My family was so moved by the staff’s love and hospitality while he was in hospice. Yesterday they helped enormously in setting up our Memorial for him given in the Commons. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

My husband, BJ, who lives here at Roseville Commons is just so thrilled that a new Veterans club, get together is happening. He feels so lucky to have someone so dedicated to the veterans like Melody the Resident Manager. She really does so much for this group. our last get together was so full of new information for all the vets that everyone had a smile on their face. Sometimes it’s really hard for them to stay connected with all of benefits and stuff that is available to them. I just really thank God for Melody. She does such a wonderful job. Thanks, Melody….Bj and I so appreciate everything you do, keep up the great work girl.
