I was transferred to this facility in 12/31/2019 from Rogue Valley Medical Center in Medford Or. I had back surgery from an injury at Pelican Bay State Prison. One call transferred me to this Facility. I don't want to share in detail what I endured at the hands of the facility because it is embarrassing, so I will simply say.... at all cost do do not put your Love ones here..... it is worse than BAD!!!

It is a very scary experience needing to place a loved one in a skilled nursing facility, and we struggled with the choice. My mom has only been at Pine Creek for a few days, but thus far it has exceeded our expectations. Intake with all departments was thorough and professional and- with one or two exceptions- response to her (frequent!) pushing of the “call button” was prompt. There is a set daily menu as well as a list of regular substitutions, and my extremely picky mother is pleasantly surprised with the food. We are fortunate to be there daily and we’ve certainly put the staff through their paces. They have been patient and kind as we try to adapt to their system. One concern is the weekend, which seems to be less staff and has limited PT and OT. That said, while she might be a bit bored and lonely, I know her basic needs will be met and she will be safe and taken care of when we are not there.

My grandpa is at Pine Creek Care Center and I just have to say all of the staff are fantastic. All of the staff including all of the nurses have taken such great care of him and I couldnt be happier! Thank you all so much!
