Infection control was lacking! Compassion and empathy for patient and families is a complete joke. Care that is promised to your loved one is not followed through. Call button is not answered and you have to go to nursing station for help in which they tell you they are busy with other patients and to wait. Administration is out of touch and really don't know what's going on inside patient care rooms. We had one nurse who was good but the rest were just available to give meds and not care. Beside manner was horrible! Admin wants your money, other than that your loved one is just a bed filler. And there is no such thing as quiet hours, TVs blared all night and staff talks so loud to each other all night and early morning hours. But don't worry they'll just give earplugs instead of creating a quiet peaceful environment for your loved one. And if your loved one ends up needing a hospital stay, they'll ask you to sign paperwork to hold the room, but then call you and tell you to move out your stuff as they need to fill the room. We stayed 48hours and not one thing was pleasant in the 48hr stay. And when you're not happy they'll just keep sending people in with their damn business cards saying it will get better and to call with concerns but it's never fixed anyway. Thanks David and Kaitlyn; for absolutely nothing. What an embarrassing way to run and facility and a disgusting way to treat families who are desperate to take care of someone they love! David, instead of answering all the bad yelp reviews, try answering patient call buttons.

My husband's recovery from open heart surgery went well and this facility was the after care. The nurses, doctors and the assistants were great. Very patient and professional showing much love and attention to him on his journey back home. He's still thriving as of today. Thank you to all of the staff that worked there in 2017 until this present day! Keep up the good work and Quality of care for our community!!

I have a friend who in there and its only been 2 days and CNA left her on the toilet for 15 mins alone! Also, she has been in pain for 24 hours and the nurse is not communicating to her and never gave her the ointment!!! I had to call the front desk for help! I would not recommend this place if you are weight bearing only for transfer from A to B, no walking. If you need help walking or moving, dont go here.

My mother's care while at Roseville Care Facility in Roseville CA was very trying on everyone in the family. My mother went to Kaiser ER for extreme pain in her back. After being examined by the staff at the ER, she was transferred to the care of Roseville care center. That's when things got difficult. My mother brought her own medications for health issues that didn't involve her pain (COPD, rash on her legs and diabetes). My mom would call me to let me know that she wasn't getting the medication she was suppose to be. At first the reason was that there was a mix up with her medication and another person staying at the Facility. Next issue was, they were giving her too much of the diabetic medication that she takes on a daily basis as well as them giving her medication for Diabetes that she does NOT take at all. Next came the pain medication. The ADON (ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF NURSING) told me when I called that my mother was being given Tylenol 3x a day. That was not the case. My mother had to beg to be given a Tylenol after the doctor at the care facility said it was OK for her to have. My mother discharged herself in part because of the treatment from the night nurse as well as the difficulty in receiving the medication she was given by the ER. Today is Saturday, the day my mother is being released and her medication is no where to be found. My mom called me on speaker with the staff there next to her to ask me if I had received a phone call from a nurse at the facility regarding disposing of my mother's medication. NO ONE FROM THE FACILITY EVER CONTACTED ME ABOUT MY MOTHER'S MEDICATION. I even left a message for the Administrator named David. I guess the insurance money is all they care about because I never received a call back. Thank you David for finding some of the medication. Can you please explain the confusion of the information I redirected from Christine the ADON regarding the medication she told me my mother was being given (Tylenol) when she was not, or the initial confusion of the "mix up" between my mother's medication and another patient there? Doesn't instill any trust when you're being lied to.
