My sister has been living here for 5 years and they really do a great job the staff really do care and take good care of the residents. Most of the staff have been working here for a long time which I think speaks volumes.

The administrator was unconcerned, rude and disrespectful. They had staff stealing from residents and did nothing about it. Clothes were taken and residents were wearing clothes that was not theirs. The aides on staff did not care for the residents with compassion. They were rough and mean. The food was not prepared and served as though they were eating it. The residents who were not able to feed themselves were left sitting against the wall waiting for the staff to get to them, then the staff fed them as though they hated having to do their job. Its not a place I would ever recommend.

They have 9 people in this facility with covid and not telling anybody about it. The residents family dont even know about. I call the d.o.n and she told me she doesn't care. They are still having people with covid work around the residents and it's not safe. If anybody can help me report them please tell me how thanks

This is a horrible place. They let my family member sleep all day, and did not help with my family member's hygiene care. Do not trust this poor staff with your family member's well-being!
