Oakcreek is the friendliness community I have ever lived in. The owners, staff and nurses go out of their way to keep us healthy, Happy, safe and active! A special shoot out to our Activity Director, EJ. She plans all activities: exercise, bingo, crafts, parties and special events. My private room/bath is beautiful. The gorgeous patio is a great way to catch some rays while watching the wild turkeys and hummingbirds! You must come visit...you won't want to leave.

Our loved one lived at Oak Creek less than a month. It was a short time but it was very positive and rich because of the caring staff and residents. Everyone welcomed him the first day he moved in, and he immediately felt at home. We enjoyed visiting him for that same reason. Oak Creek is a small living community that is unique and special. I've never seen anything like it and couldn't recommend it more highly..
