My dad was sent here for short term rehab after a few weeks in the hospital. The day he was admitted we drove 45 minutes to visit him and what we saw and smelled was nothing but filth. There is dirt and grime everywhere. Previous reviews are completely accurate. When we arrived, he was sitting completely naked in the day room. Well, actually he had a urine soaked blanket covering his private parts so at least he wasn't exposing himself. The place isn't safe for patients. There were cables hanging out of the wall in his room, a broken hospital bed, and several spills that appeared to have been on the tables and the floor for so long in the day room that they were starting to dry. Needless to say, we immediately discharged him before he slept one night in this place. I've seen animal shelters in better condition. The department of health and human services needs to shut this place down.
