I was at Inspire Healthcare for over a month on October 1st at first I didn't liked the place but once I got used to it I really liked it. The cook is amazing she came to my room a few times and asked me what I want to eat and she was very nice. All of the staff were nice and very respectful. Some of the nurses I had were nice and very helpful. Some of the nurse aid were nice and very helpful and a couple of them I had to report for not doing their job. I wouldn't mind coming back to Nspire Healthcare in the future. I would recommend someone to go there. I really thank and appreciate the staff especially Mr. Sheldon, the nurses, and the nurse aid for taking care of me and cared about my feelings. And thanks to the cook for remembering to make my tuna fish sandwiches for a late night snack lol.

Terrible care. Lack of basic nursing skills and minimal effort given to provide what was needed for my dad. He left in worse shape than he entered including malnourishment, and Stage 3 bedsores. This place should be avoided and closed. Shame on you, Nspire. Your patients and their loved ones deserve much better!!

The worst Mom went from rehab to the long term In 3 weeks was bedridden with a bedsore and now in a diaper soiled for hours that caused her a severe uti that they didn’t follow up on after the 1st initial time. No bathing for over 2 weeks not pt or any dr over a month to assess her until I got nasty for someone to show up and talk to me. If you go as I did on a daily between noon and 2 and needed a wipe or towels on the floor you couldn’t find one and was told I would have to wait for the afternoon cart. Wouldn’t let my dog stay there let alone any any elderly person and especially if they don’t have family close to visit and have a voice for them. Place smells like urine on a daily and trying to find a cna on the floor was a challenge as they sit at the end of another hallway on there phones. Absolutely disgusted. 0 ratting for cleanliness and compassion as well as staff following up on any patients!!

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. My dad was there for 20 days and the only thing they did was give him medicine and nasty food. He was supposed to be there to get physical therapy and barely saw anyone. He barely saw a doctor. He argued with different nurses every night about his pain medication. Nurses would refuse to give him his pain meds when he needed them. They gave my Dad a bed that was broken, he complained for 3 hours about the bed and no one did anything. The nurses were laughing and talking with each other instead of helping my father. My dad called me at 1 AM to pick him up, when I got there they suddenly had a bed for him. I asked them to give my dad more green veggies to help with his digestive system and they never did. My dad got worse there, when he was supposed to get better. The nurses are rude and disgusting. They take forever to let you in the door during afterhours. They don't care about the patients, they only care about their checks. The nurses who work overnight are the worst, they laugh and play all night. My dad kept asking for a new bed and a bed pan and they would not help him at all. He almost fell trying to get to the rest room. Seeing my dad like that really hurt me. He just had hip surgery and is fighting cancer and they did nothing to make his stay comfortable. This place is not suitable for anyone you care about. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. DO NOT GO HERE. Try to get long term care and let someone come to your home. The nurses here wouldn't treat an animal right.
