My wife as been at Novelty Hill for two years and for that I am grateful. Prior she spent time at the largest assisted living and after three rate increases in less than a year I transferred to another assisted living place. The service was terrible as was the management and my wife's health suffered. Finally to Novelty Hill, expectations have been far exceeded. The owner is wonderful and cares deeply for all the residents. My wife’s health has greatly improved, she is happy there and that makes me very happy. All of the owner’s family members are kind and show that they care for the residents. The primary care giver is incredible, is constantly cleaning the place and gets along with all the residents. Novelty Hill AFH is a wonderful place, so glad I found it.

My uncle lived here at Novelty Hill AFH - I came nearly every day to visit and I can say firsthand, that the care and kindness and cleanliness are The BEST. It's a beautiful, calm, light and airy setting inside, with easy access to a large, sunny, lovely back yard.The meals are delicious and home-cooked fresh. Bud (my uncle) loved being there and our family did as well in our frequent visits. The care is skillful and genuine, from the heart and hands of Sony, the owner. She is always involved and her residents well-being are her Top Priority.I am forever grateful for this beautiful family and their caring business!

I have nothing but good things to say about this home. My wife is a quadriplegic suffering from MS. Sony, the primary care giver, is an extremely kind, patient, and loving person. If a resident requires her assistance, anytime of the day or night, she attends to their needs without hesitation or impatience. When the situation requires expertise beyond her abilities, she immediately gets the help required, and does not let her ego interfere with her good judgement. The home is beautiful and kept clean, organized, and in good repair. Sony and her family live up stairs, and a wonderful family she has, so she, her family, and employees are always on site. After years of personal caregiving, and after being in several other homes over the course of time, this is the best home I have seen so far. I highly recommend that anyone looking for a home for loved ones, seriously consider and visit Novelty Hill Adult Family Home.
