The Lexington team with Nova Leap Home Health is the best! The caregivers truly care about the clients they serve and understand the needs of a person with dementia. They go above and beyond to be knowledgeable and able to serve those in need. The Nova Leap Home Health management team is equally outstanding. Tasha and Tina take time in person with the clients to stay aware of changes and needs. And they take time to communicate with the client’s family member and the senior living facility staff—keeping everyone updated and on task with current needs. The entire Nova Leap team exceeds expectations consistently. I highly recommend the company.

Our family needed 24/7 care quickly and Tasha with Elder Care stepped in and did a fantastic job. She treated our parents like family and continues to do so by visiting our dad and keeping in contact with our family. She listened when we had concerns and was prompt to help in any way she could by giving us the best care possible! I do feel that being a Care Giver needs to be a calling. We all one day will need some type of care, if not for ourselves but a loved one. Knowing the person you have hired has empathy for your family member means the world. Tasha definitely has a calling and our family so appreciates everything she has done and continues to do for us.

We have been caring for my husband's father for 3 years as he suffers from Dementia and is unable care for himself and be left alone. This has been trying at times, but glad we found Elder Care 4 Families for the much needed reset time away. Highly recommend their services and the amazing team at Lexington location!
