I don't understand the negative reviews. This place is fantastic. What is most impressive are the physical therapists. They are highly professional and truly work hard to help bring their charges back to full mobility and functionality. But the nurses and aids are also highly conscientious people. And it's always service with a smile. The food is excellent as well. Thus far, the Stern Family Rehab Center has been nothing but a great blessing to my beloved friend, who is now 91 years young. Highly recommended.

My grandmother has been here for a short term stay a few times. She has been happy with the quality of care each time, especially with the physical therapists. The staff have also been helpful in communicating information when I have called.

Would have loved to give this place a better rating, the physical therapists and doctors as well as desk staff are great! The nurses who attend to the patients are not, very rude, always complaining and will have their patient sit in discomfort whether with a full diaper or in a chair until they feel they are ready to move him. My dad was double diapered here and yelled at multiple times by the nurses.

I had double knee replacement and was transferred to this place. Physical therapists, Occupational therapist and my doctor there were top notch, professional, accessible, understanding ! Staff put the wrong last name on my door for me I wonder who’s meds I was given I was given two meds that should not be given together I was unable to breath properly I google the meds and found out that they should not be given together I was given medication that was not mine. All were reported. To see nurses investigating nurses is a conflict. the food was horrible. I lost 6 pounds in the short time I was there I noticed no one from Sterns replies to negative reviews I was there from 12/22-1/2 room mopped the last 2 days of my stay Also when you call the nurse or aid you are greeted with ‘what’s the problem’ Is that a way for an aid to speak to a patient!? I left the facility earlier than scheduled I was afraid they would have killed me next Terrible place !! ZERO STARS !! Please don’t admit your loved ones in this place !

Nurses are wonderful and most cnas are attentive and caring. Definitely short staffed but who works these days, it’s a shame. You have to be on top of them. My mom is a fall risk and was left unattended in bathroom and fell. They sit with my mom in hall if she doesn’t have visitors and are very pleasant. Some are lazier than others. Sometimes you need to show appreciation it helps for your loved ones care. PT is excellent . Food is good. Very attentive to patient needs
