This place is NOT a Christian establishment. My mother-in-law moved out months ago and they haven't sold her house yet. A friend moved out months ago and her house sold and someone is living there and THEY STILL WON'T GIVE HER THE MONEY THEY OWE HER. My Mil still pays $370 a month HOA fee on a home she doesn't own. Read the contract carefully if you're considering this place. This place is criminal, not Christian. Contact me if you've had trouble and would like to look into a class action suit.

My grandma was put in Lakeview shortly before passing due to declining health. The 1st day she was there she fell out of her chair and hit her head and had to go to the hospital. This never happened when she was at home for months prior to going in. They also failed to provide her with food she could eat. We clearly told them multiple times that she needed a soft diet due to her inability to chew most foods. They told us multiple times they would provide her with a soft/blended diet but never did. They basically just put her in her room and ignored her. I wouldn't put my worst enemy in this sad excuse of a home. They do not care for their patients at all and will lie to your face about it. We took her back home after the lack of care they provided became too much to bare and she passed shortly after. I sincerely believe my grandma would still be alive if it weren't for the poor care she received while living here. After falling and hitting her head she declined incredibly fast. We were told she was okay but I believe she got a concussion from the fall and we were lied to about it. If you are thinking about bringing a relative to them do whatever you can to avoid doing so as they will just neglect them.

My cousin lives at Lakeview. At approximately 2 p.m. Saturday November 19, my daughter & I went to visit him. After we were let in, walking down the east wing hall we noticed a call light on. THREE nurses were just standing around the nurses station, talking. My daughter told them the call light was on for room #8 and one aide responded with, "Yeah, we know, we can hear it." 😲😲 My daughter then said, "Well then why don't you answer it????" And we just kept walking. Looks like NOTHING has changed since I worked there back in the late 1980's 😔🙄😠

When a family member was in ER recently, we had no idea the situation could be resolved so quickly in just a matter of hours. We chose Lakeview Hospice, and by 5:30 that evening, our family member was at her home, in a hospital bed, had her pain managed, had wonderful, caring people there who were efficient, loving, and informative. I would not hesitate to recommend Lakeview Hospice care to anyone! Special thanks to Mike, Ashley, and Angie
