River Bend Retirement Community

River Bend Retirement Community is an independent retirement community in Carlsbad, New Mexico, serving residents 55 and older who wish to maintain their independence. The community spans 20 acres and is located less than five minutes from downtown Carlsbad and within 60 minutes of major airports.

River Bend consists of single-family homes ranging from 1,727 to 2,040 square feet and patio homes of 1,250 square feet, all with 2-car garages. The community features landscaped grounds with meandering streams, waterfalls, and garden paths. Residents enjoy access to a heated indoor pool, spa, and fitness facilities at the community center, and the Pecos River is just a block away.
