I am writing to share my experience with this nursing facility, and overall, I would rate it as excellent. From the moment I visit, the staff is warm friendly, and professional. As a Hospice community liaison, it is very important to me to connect with staff and residents. The staff is friendly, caring and extends the highest level of support. I can tell that the folks that are being cared for there are receiving the best level of attention and it is my joy and honor to visit this facility. If it were my friend or family member, I would feel very comfortable with them residing at Northgate. The team is professional, compassionate, and attentive. Notably, the nursing team consistently provides thoughtful and individualized care. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. Common areas are comfortable and encourage social interaction, while resident rooms are kept tidy Activities and programs are another strong point. There are frequent opportunities for residents to stay engaged, whether through group events, recreational activities, or quiet hobbies. This helps create a positive and lively atmosphere and I feel greatly appreciative to contribute. Overall, I would strongly recommend this nursing facility to anyone seeking a safe, supportive, and caring environment for their loved one.
