Went to see my brother today who was transferred to this facility yesterday. When we arrived, we were told that we could not access the area where his room was due to some construction. When I ask well, how did the nurses get to the room I was told that they don’t. After telling them that that was unacceptable they made a way for us to get to see him. Some staff were very friendly and courteous, while others were rude. Sweat was dripping off of me while in his room.

My husband is currently at this facility. It is almost impossible to speak with anyone about him. I am disabled myself, unable to drive, and depend on public transportation. I called multiple times with no answer. Finally called and someone answered, I was put on hold for over 45 minutes and never spoke with anyone. Hung up. Called back and guess what, no answer. I hate to think about they're treating him.

I can’t say enough kind words about the care my grandfather received during his stay. The staff went above and beyond to make his stay comfortable. Therapy department was wonderful with him. He said “the food is the best part”. Thank you for the care and compassion

My father was inpatient for therapy after a knee injury. He was treated with respect and kindness by every staff member. The administration was helpful walking me through the process of admission and kept me informed his entire stay. I can’t say enough about how much I appreciate Northbrooke for providing a safe and loving environment for my father. Sincerely, Mike Wimberly and family

Went to visit my Aunt and a friend on yesterday and the staff here was phenomenal . Bianca and the other front desk staff were helpful in finding my loved one and my friend who is a temporary resident here getting rehab care . Mrs Lynn was the highlight of the evening though . Walking in seeing her feed my Aunt did my heart good. She assisted her with love and compassion that u just don't always see in care taking. She wanted to help and was seeing to her like she was family to her ! Walking into interactions like this makes u comfortable and trust having ur loved one in a facility like this !
