Recently, we have not been pleased with Home Instead. We have 3 regular care givers, but one just left because the pay wasn’t enough for her. I asked how much she makes and she told me. She did a great job, but now she is gone. And there is not automatic raises based on merit or time with the company. No wonder there is such a turnover of employees. We are very fortunate to have LTC insurance that we have paid a lot for, and the company is one of the best. And our care givers go above and beyond in talking care of us. I see from the reviews that we are not alone.<br><br>Our excellent caregivers are Joyce Walker & DeAndra Hampton.

We couldn’t ask for better caregivers for my mother, they’ve become like family! Thanks to Yolanda, Jennifer, Makayla and Olivia!!! We couldn’t provide this level of care at home for my mom without you all!!
