My mom has been at this facility for over a year now on the long term side. The care team who works with my mom is amazing & everyone in the business office is so nice too. My mom has wonderful nurses and cnas that take care of her so well. Her room is always clean and tidy. I'm always notified if there is a problem and my concerns have always been addressed quickly. PT & OT is great there too!

This is absolutely the greatest rehab center that I've ever been in. I know Cat is going to have a lot of success here and I'm glad she's here.

My husband has been very well taken care of at Northbrook. The staff was awesome and the administration was very professional and had answers when I had questions. Thank you.

The facility is clean on the surface . Rooms could have been cleaner. My roommate fluid was coming out of his leg and arm. It would pool under him and once they cleaned it up. One time he urinated in his pants and they just walk over it . After several times telling them to be careful and clean it up. They waited until the cleaner came the next day. Food was very good. But I have a special dietary needs and I night I got a cup of rice another night a cup of mashed potatoes and I night a cup of stuffing. All these were served with a vegetable. The therapy program is the best. I can't say enough for the program. I enjoyed it so much. It made me think that when my keg heals 100% I am going to join a gym. Very high marks for therapy. I would recommend this facility people are friendly and helpful but professional.

Very kind and caring facility. Clean and cheerful; staff are responsive and very respectful to the patients. The admin team are efficient and go out of their way to accommodate all our needs. Physical Therapy team are cheerful and encouraging. I highly recommend Northbrook if you have a loved one who needs skilled nursing and rehabilitation.
