I’m a placement coordinator who happened to help 2 of their patients find a group home. Summer Crawford, the Social Worker from North Mountain was very helpful in providing all the paperwork the group home owner needed. She accompanied me and introduced me to these patients. I noticed she had a good relationship with their patients probably because she talk to them in a very calm voice. Next time I came to visit the patients, I went straight to the nurses who were so willing to assist as I talk to the patient before moving to the group home. I’m looking forward to help them assist their next potential patient who will be needing a placement.

I was very pleased with the help I received while at North Mountain Medical and Rehabilitation Center. I wish I could have been able to stay longer. Hopefully I will be welcomed back if I need to again. Rosario, Esmeralda, Anna on 3rd floor, Krysta, Seline, Caleb, David, Tezni, and Ashley and others were all amazing and very helpful when I needed it. And thank you Brenna for helping as well. Once I get my insurance straightened out or better than it is now, I would love to be there again. I miss you all and have a great day ❤️
