Attending age appropriate exercise classes with dynamic teachers. So enjoyable I come four times a week. Look out to Narragansett Bay as you workout. Extremely minimal costs!

Friendly, helpful, a very nice place. It's facing the town beach. The lunch is only $3.00! Even strangers are friendly! Lots of trips and activities.

This is a great place for seniors to socialize and participate in programs to benefit their health. Trips to enjoy prices vary. Great lunch program and cafe if just want to purchase salads, yogurt, sandwiches. Summertime there are tables to enjoy your lunch outdoors. Phenomenal view of the bay. Many exercise classes for better health. Stop in and check it out. Take a tour and pick up a newsletter.
