Allegedly they have an advocate. Who did meet with my 93 year old mother. She needs help and was reaching out for it. The woman who came out had poor customer service attitude. After 2 months of not hearing back from the "advocate ", my mother called her. She was told that she was too busy to help her.

The people here were very friendly, kind and an amazing help!! I definitely recommend them to everyone! They helped me to straighten out my elderly mother's medicare needs bringing her to a zero out of pocket for supplemental Medicare!!! Absolutely a Godsend! Thank you to all the staff and the county for helping to fund this wonderful program!
