No matter where you live (condo, house, townhouse, etc.) there will always be issues that arise that's just the way it is. What matters, in my opinion, is how management (or your landlord) responds and handles the problems that come up. The management company did a good job in responding/sending handy men to repair or fix any issues. You get what you pay for, this is not an "A" class building but you have what you need and for the price and location its a deal. Location is phenomenal as your an 8-minute bike ride to the beach which is mostly residential and Normandy Isle is a cute little island. There is a park directly across the street from the complex where there are basketball courts, a playground and grassy area. I used to go there and work out and play basketball. Over all I'd say its a "bang for your buck".

Trash everywhere, laundry machines always broken and people stealing. No trash cans around the building or in. Kids marking the elevators and people still not picking up after their pets. Paint is peeling and refuse to fix it! Then will patch it with a different color leaving ur walls looking a disaster. The access box is always broken allowing anyone to come in. The elevator is always broken. THE MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE ARE HORRIBLE

The Gator Investments team was very helpful in my search for finding a new apartment! I was directly working with Daisy Medina and she was very personable and mindful of the kind of apartment that was the best fit for me.

Lived here for a year. Great location on the beach, and close to tons of shopping/restaurants, Publix is close by, and everything you could need. There is also a good gym less than a mile away that’s only $40 open 24/7. As far as my unit, very good apartment. I however did not like that dogs are constantly barking. It was highly annoying. Also, even though pest control comes out once a month, I was constantly seeing roaches and a few lizards. Other than that, neighbors are quiet and friendly. Elevator occasionally stops working but not that big of a deal. If I ever moved back to Miami, I’d come to this place.
