Nixon Assisted Living Too is operated by Nixon Home Care, Inc. in Houston, Texas, part of a continuum of care that also includes independent living and adult day care services. The assisted living program is designed for seniors who have minimal needs for assistance with daily living. Physical rehabilitative services, such as movement, balance, and flexibility exercises, are also provided per physician orders. The community accepts clients through private pay and approved medical insurance providers.

Meals are prepared on-site according to federal and state nutrition and food handling guidelines, with attention to doctor-ordered dietary restrictions. A hot noon meal is served along with mid-morning and mid-afternoon snacks, and feeding assistance is available when needed.

For clients who require transportation, the organization maintains a van fleet providing door-to-door round trip service to and from its centers, as well as to social activities and appointments, serving the greater Harris County, Texas region with certified and licensed drivers.

Social and recreational programming is part of the broader Nixon Home Care community, including weekly arts and crafts, games such as cards, checkers, bingo, and dominoes, assistance with reading, weekly Bible study, and community field trips, along with birthday and holiday celebrations.
