If I could give less than 1 star I would. I cannot say enough terrible things about New Vista. Do not leave your loved one here, they clearly don’t care.

Pleasant staff, clean facility. Staff makes you feel welcomed the minute you walk in the door. As we visited our family member, Felton, his CNA, introduced himself to us, which was very thoughtful and professional. I would recommend this place to others.

Avoid this place at all costs. Crystal, the admissions coordinator, was beyond rude and unprofessional. The other person working with Crystal, Ed Hahn, gave me completely misleading information that led to another few days wasted on a patient who does not have much time to waste. One said the patient was accepted, the other said he was rejected. They need to start speaking with one another, get their stories straight, and coordinate internally so they don't give people misleading information. They also need to be empathetic to people whose relatives are sick, rather than give attitude over the phone for no reason. Do yourselves a favor and find another place for your relatives if you care for them.
