My Momma died by loosing her eyeball by falling into a wall, the bathroom wall. So many years she walked that path. She suddenly fell, she lost her eye and her life within 30 minutes. April 9 will be 10 years since that tragic morning.

I would like to thank Kim Ivie and her staff (100 hall) for the love and care extended to my mother Allie St Mary and our entire family. You made a difficult situation bearable. You will always have a special place in my heart for the care extended to her.

Clean facility but tiny rooms that need remodeling, very dated looking with old beds and bad wheelchairs. Huge theft problem that is known about but nothing done about it. Not enough daily patient activity especially for mobility challenged residents. Bad accoustics in dining area make room very loud when full of people. Personal requests were ignored. Okay if all you can afford. Would rather die at home.

Add doors in an exit area that do not require the use of a key from the exit side unless in case of special locking arrangements.
