I was employed with New Life Home Care to a job in Dec 2025 on indeed. I was hired in January 2026. The orientation was very long lots of reading and test taking, that was longer than time stated. I did a fill in shift January 19, 21, and 23. They just pay same pay for holidays. I called in the last week of January because the shifts weren't being sent to me for 3 days straight during the week day. They show shifts and or call you. When I called the office the young lady had no response so I said to remove me from New life, she replied then ok. NEW Life pay every two weeks(I should have gotten a real job because they were paying like I was on a real 9-5, 40 hrs a week. I was given this fill in for 5 hrs for 3 days that week. I picked my check up on Feb 6, 2026. The sweeter young lady in the office, I call her Ms. D. She is so professional wonderful spirit always eager to help. She went to check for my check. She did ask my for my phone # since I had resign/quit she needed to remove me from NEW Life system. She then got my check and I left. Today February 7, 2026 at 11:08am New Life sends me an email telling me for the same job posting in Dec 2025 that I got hired for in January 2026: moving on to next step and my application was not chose. Smart ppl what kind of is this. What company doesn't remember hiring you for the job you got hired for and worked within a months time. Then they post on indeed of my appl not chosen in a manner. They are mad and instead of leaving it alone. The agency has time to spend doing negative things. Oh I'm good U since work for 2 caregiver companies they pay double for holidays and 1 pay ever week and I can afford the other pay every 2 weeks. Check this im getting 8hr, 10hrs, 12hr shifts. They give drawing for gas cards every week, if a client gives you a good review you get an extra $10 per client. What perks. New Life doesn't pay extra for holidays and you get paid every 2 week and the love 3-5 hr shifts. How can a ppl live like that and havibg to do at least 2 shifts a day to keep your head up if you can even get a shift. I was rehired to the caregiver companies. REHIRED because the both are wonderful home cares.I am a great caregiver. One company when they saw my name it was a wrap and the owner of the company can into the office where i was and gave me a hug. What a show if appreciation. The staff is great and you will be busy with shifts with both or just one. New Life is not it.

My elderly father has received incredible care from New Life Home Care.Their caregivers are reliable, compassionate, and highly professional. They have given him the help he needs while still treating him with respect and dignity. The companionship they provide has lifted his spirits, and he feels comfortable knowing someone is always there to support him. Our family is extremely grateful for the peace of mind they bring. I would highly recommendis always there to support him

I give “top notch” stars an A++ to this caregiving team, starting with Ms. Heather, as the Administrator who spoke with my Social Worker about my post surgical needs. In turn, I contacted Ms. Heather at New Life Hope Care Center and we were able to establish what the PCAs primary roles would be while servicing my needs, which all were detailed n the Care Center’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) guide book.. The times were established based on the allotted hours given by my Social Worker. I also spoke with the Charge nurse, who n turn assured me by phone and in-person what role she played; and her nurses played wkly. All of this was done prior to my surgery latter 2024 and when services begun post rehab 2025. My PCA(s) and I met and a report between she and I was established. She learned of my likes, dislikes and any differences, and I of hers. Having TRUST, TRUTH, RESPECT, COMPASSION and LAUGHTER were key factors; and of course COMMUNICATION was VERY important in this new relationship however short-lived it would be. Having fun while doing a service was very important to me then and as it is very much today. Having short-term memory issues, I had to rely on my PCA when I missed a beat. If I saw a problem occurring, it was nipped by me and handled by Ms. Heather to ensure this wouldn’t be something to come up again; or a replaced PCA (only if it was necessary) was sent. It never became necessary. Overall, every person I came in contact with by phone or in person, was spot on. So to wrap it up, I had hands on with the Nurses, the PCAs, Administrative personnel who also had dual responsibility as a PCA fill-n to assist when called on by Ms. Heather. All my needs were met. New Life Hope Care Team will always be a team of medical care professionals I will share with my Social worker to seek out for any surgeries or my upcoming surgeries, if they are available. This was not my first rendezvous. In 2019, I was paired with a caregiving organization and did not receive the kind of leisure that one would love to have as I did with New Life Hope. Of course, my needs were met. But the list of services New Life Hope Care rendered made my life much easier to bounce back n2 doing for myself. I am so grate4 and will always be grate4 how you ALL treated me. Every opportunity I’ve had to share, I SHARE. I do apologize for failing to get this review back to New Life Hope n a timely manner. Thank you 4 giving me this opportunity 2 share. May God bless CONTINUE 2 BLESS YOUR TEAM OF OFFICE ABD MEDICAL STAFF N ALL THEY PUT THEIR HANDS TO. Cheryl Starks

Currently a client with New Life and the office staff does a good job communicating with client and they are always on top of things. My caregiver Danielle is great and one of the best I've had since been with this agency. She's very caring and patient. Will definitely recommend!
