New Life Assisted Living provided a warm and caring environment for my mother, especially in the last months of her life. Because I live out of state, it was reassuring to know she was in good hands. Alvin, the director, was just a phone call or text away and always responded promptly. The staff is friendly and patient and treated my mother with loving care. We are forever grateful for NLAL!

NLAL has given truly a new life and new home to my husband. Staff is very caring and well trained for high level of care that he is receiving. Alvin the owner is a wonderful person and treat residents as family. He helped us to connect with services for my husband’s care. We are grateful for everything NLAL is doing for him.

We've been extraordinarily pleased with the attention to detail afforded the precious individuals entrusted into their care. It's comforting to know our loved ones are being well looked after. The owner/CEO, Alvin Thomas always responds immediately to queries, which has been greatly quieting, as well!

New Life has been wonderful for my father, who has fairly advanced dementia. The company is run very well and Alvin, the director, is super responsive. My father is well taken care of and seems happier there than he was at the larger assisted living facility he was at in Texas. The staff is warm and caring, and Alvin has been very helpful in getting my father qualified for services.
