I'm updating this review as of February 2019. When I found out my brother was in this place, these people claim we weren't listed and that his friend was the one visiting him and picked him up for Thanksgiving which is the last time he saw him. An attorney who was an alleged friend of my brother's talked about a Will for him back when he knew him in Boston, and said if it wasn't signed it's probably not valid. He also knew that something was wrong with my brother and me sister's names were listed on this Will. This New Gloria's Manor told us at times he didn't even recognize his friend Doug and I asked him about the cellphone number my brother had, he claims they got him a new phone and I asked him how he found me, he says the white pages, our contact info was on the old phone my brother had. Me, my sister and our cousin went to pick up my brother's belongings and I had mentioned that I had spoken to him during the time they say he was staying there at their facility between 2015 and December 12, 2018 and from there he went to West Lawrence Care Center, he sounded fine when I spoke with him during that time frame, and we spoke for two hours, I also wrote a review about this place because right after he left there he died the next day at St John's Episcopal Hospital. I feel he may have been takin advantage of because of his onset dementia. I still have no closure, the health proxy who was the guy I mentioned told me my brother's apartment was cleaned out. I know for a fact that people steal from others when their mind is failing, he never told me what happened to his furniture, did my brother live in a box? No, I'm still suspicious of this New Gloria's Manor, I see they tried their best to be friendly and caring but only because they're hiding something. And now all I'll have left is my brother's ashes, I never got to see him or take care of him. My sisters and I were cheated for the past three years. They were saying he didn't have much, yeah because you probably took it from him! And his laptop was damaged and can't be fixed! Kookalokas!
