The staff was very helpful and. Always responded in a timely manor to request. The setting is homely and great work was done on the lobby there is planned updates for the remainder of the facility. Thanks to all the nursing staff. Mercado, Florence Janice, Geraldine Navdeep, Shembi, Baptiste, Basin, Ivory, the PT/OT staff: Amira, Lovejoy, Francisco and Asha.Food service/menu was the only complaint but improving with recent new cook.

Wonderful facility with outstanding administrator Mr. Emil Fuzaylov. Always a pleasure to speak with. Addressed all my questions in a professional and friendly matter. Amazing line staff of hardworking CNAs, LPNs and nurses on all shifts. The experience was marvelous and I recommend all from the community to place their loved ones at New Glen Oaks nursing home.

My husband has been at the New Glen Oaks Nursing Home for about 8 weeks now . He recently had a short stay at the hospital and was welcomed back to the nursing home with open arms from the staff and especially Mr. Emil Fuzaylov the director of the facility. The facility has a good aura and ambiance as well as compassionate and friendly care . The home makes you feel like family and make you feel very comfortable as if you are in your own home. All the patients needs are catered for in a timely and professional manner. Definitely recommend for all to bring their loved ones here for either short or long term care.

I brought my mom to Glen Oaks Nursing Home in November, and she quickly adjusted to their warm home -like environment thanks to the caring and dedicated staff. Special appreciation to Mr. Greenbaum president and Emil from the administrative team for their efficiency and support. I am truly grateful to everyone who supports my mother daily and makes her feel at home, especially Amira the physical therapist, Florence, the nurse supervisor Geraldine, the LPN, who became my mom‘s friend. Also the compassionate CNA’s particularly Navdeep, Tracy and Bazin. I highly recommend this nursing home for anyone who needs rehabilitation and nursing care.

A very small boutique like style environment. I enjoyed the rehab , recreational activities and nurses aids. Not only did I find great hospitality with regards to taking care of my physical limitations but, I saw the way the aids took care of the other residents. I was impressed no matter their conditions. The staff went above and beyond. I was at other rehab centers and the care wasn’t as close to the care and attention like it is at the New Glen Oaks Nursing Home. A special thank you to Roderick from environmental services, for always being there to fix and change anything I needed from TV remote, a new bed mattress. The nurses are outstanding such loving family here. I recommend all to come to this special and unique gem of a facility.
