We have been very greatful to have New Dimensions part of my moms care. The weekly nurse visits show compassion, quality attentive care and genuine concern for my mom. The staff at New Dimensions is courteous, responsive and very pleasant to work with. I am grateful for their care.

Very poorly run. They have no regard for their clients. They don't call and notify their clients if your house keeper calls in, quits, or a schedule change. You have to chase them down to find these things out. My last straw was a schedule change. They swapped me and another clients time that lives in my building, for no reason at all. She was as bad as me because it didn't work for either one of us. No answers when I called the office, just because. And there are others where I live who feel the same way. I don't recommend it.

Contacted the agency three times to inform them they were billing the wrong insurance plan for my brother. Obviously they do not want to be paid for the visit. It doesn’t seem to have an impact on calling them to make the correction. Very disappointed in this aspect of their service.

I have had no issues with N.D. Their office staff is friendly and have a handle on their clients and crew and all of the bureaucracy being a State/Fed reimbursed business. Previous providers didn't know which office you should call for whom, who was where or doing what. I have been very pleased with New Dimensions.

They are courteous and very professional. They really made me feel as tho they cared at the start, but as time went on their services dissipated. Because of their inability to fill needed aid positions I no longer have an aid. Due directly to that I have been shaking for more than a week, a bath takes me 3 hours, and now arthritis is developing because of the shaking the aids used to work on. I am also NOW out of two prescriptions, and when my nurse comes every 2 weeks, She is in her car before I can get to the door. When I told my nurse how well the aids used to help, she merely replied "Ya, I heard about that". What's that mean? The caring feeling has definitely vanished This NEVER would have happened with the original people
